Welcome

Welcome to Norfolk Environmental Pest Solutions

Are you dealing with a pest problem that won't go away? Have you noticed an increase in pest activity?

Pest issues can quickly become overwhelming, especially when the cause isn't immediately obvious or previous attempts to address it haven't worked. What may seem like a minor concern can soon escalate, leading to damage, disruption and unnecessary stress if the problem is not dealt with properly.

Here at Norfolk Environmental Pest Solutions, we take a straightforward and practical approach to removing unwanted pests from homes and businesses across Norfolk and North Suffolk. As a family-run business established in 2001, with Mark Cotton bringing experience in the industry since 1984, you can be confident that your pest problem is being handled with care, knowledge and attention to detail.

Every situation is different, which is why there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Understanding how pests behave, where they are entering and why they are present is key to bringing the situation under control.

Our approach

Trapping first. Poison only as a last resort.

As a business that takes a more traditional and considered approach to pest control, methods are chosen carefully rather than relying on quick fixes. Where rodents are concerned, trapping is always the first option. This allows the problem to be dealt with in a controlled and effective way, without immediately turning to poison.

This approach not only reduces unnecessary chemical use, but also helps to protect pets, wildlife and the surrounding environment.

  • Trapping is always the first option
  • Poison only when truly necessary
  • Safer for pets and wildlife
  • Homes, farms and businesses

Below the surface

When the problem lies beneath the surface

In some cases, particularly with rats, the root cause of the problem lies beneath the surface. Damaged drains can provide an easy access route into a property, allowing rats to enter unseen. In these circumstances, simply removing them will not deliver a long-term fix.

A CCTV drain survey can help identify faults within the pipework, allowing the problem to be addressed at source.

Survey

A camera travels through the pipework and inspects it from the inside.

2

Find

Cracks, breaks and displaced joints are located quickly and accurately.

3

Prevent

Non-return valves let waste flow out but stop rats coming back in.
